Each crisis decision (CUT, FREEZE, FREEZE+TP) is graded by simulating what would have happened without the intervention. A good call prevented loss or dangerous exposure; an against call means the position would have resolved fine on its own (or the freeze ultimately had to cut). Unresolved decisions — position still open — are excluded from the rate. The 24h setting is the outcome window — how long each decision is watched before scoring. Both windows cover the same decisions; the 7-day view has seen the fuller outcome and is the more reliable read.
